This On-line Purchase Information governs purchases made through the suziroher.com website, operated by Suzi Roher Accessories, Inc., hereafter referred to as Suzi Roher.

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products from this website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. Prices on this site do not include shipping or any applicable taxes. Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products. Prices displayed on the Suzi Roher website are quoted in U.S. dollars, unless you enter the site through the "choose" Canada country selection, in which case prices are reflected in Canadian dollars. Suzi Roher accepts the following forms of payment for on-line purchases:Visa, Mastercard. American Express. Please be aware that American Express charges are converted to Canadian Dollars and then charged to your account. This transaction is then converted by your American Express banking provider to the currency of your bank. We reserve the right to determine the initial foreign exchange rate when converting to Canadian dollars, and take no responsibility or liability for the final converted amount on your credit card statement. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirm stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.

SALES TAX
Sales Tax laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the province of Ontario, Canada.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For security reasons, Suzi Roher on-line purchases may be shipped only to the billing address of your credit card and will require a signature upon delivery. All purchases are shipped via Federal Express. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. i.e. standard, second-day, ground or express. All orders are considered “custom production”, which means that there will usually be a 2.5 to 3.5 week manufacturing time period before shipment can begin. Please be assured all orders are produced as quickly as possible and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Suzi Roher cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES

FedEx to areas outside the Canada/US conducted by FedEx International Express, and charged according to country code/area. All applicable customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

TRACKING
A shipping confirmation is e-mailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain a tracking number for each delivery. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, a Suzi Roher Customer Service Rep will be pleased to assist you via e-mail at: customerservice@suziroher.com

RETURNS
Suzi Roher wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Suzi Roher on-line purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip and product tags. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Merchandise must be returned within 5 days from date of delivery. A request for a Return Authorization must be made to customerservice@suziroher.com, at which time an RA will be issued with easy to follow return instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and send an e-mail notification once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 2 statement periods for the credit to appear. Suzi Roher also recommends that you use a carrier for your package who can provide tracking information and insurance such as UPS or FedEx (for your protection and to insure delivery). Suzi Roher will not be responsible for lost, mutilated, illegible, or misdirected returns. Any receiving costs per the return will be deducted from the refund.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to customerservice@suziroher.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, or has been placed into custom order production the purchase cannot be canceled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it. If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our website or contact a Suzi Roher On-line Customer Service Rep. Please be aware that any and all requests to 'custom' alter a style ordered renders that sale as final.

REPAIRS
Suzi Roher offers repair service for Suzi Roher products purchased on-line. Please send an email requesting authorization for repair to customerservice@suziroher.com, with the on line sales order number and explaining the problem. Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, original sales slip and product tags. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed. Any styles not purchased on line should be returned to the store/boutique from which it was purchased.
