This On-line Purchase Information governs purchases made through the suziroher.com website, operated by Suzi Roher Accessories, Inc., hereafter referred to as Suzi Roher.
ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
All products from this website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. Prices on this site do not include shipping or any applicable taxes. Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products. Prices displayed on the Suzi Roher website are quoted in CAD. dollars. Suzi Roher accepts the following forms of payment for on-line purchases: Visa, Mastercard. American Express. We take no responsibility or liability for the final converted amount on your credit card statement. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirm stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.
Sales Tax laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the province of Ontario and Canada.
To place orders at suziroher.com Clients must:
- Be an individual and the final customer, and as such cannot be persons who operate their own entrepreneurial or professional activities that may include but not limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased at suziroher.com
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts.
- Have a valid email address.
- Have at least one of the following: a Valid Credit Card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard)
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For security reasons, Suzi Roher on-line purchases may be shipped only to the billing address of your credit card where someone must be present to sign for the package. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All purchases are shipped via UPS, DHL. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment. All orders are considered “custom production”, which means that there will usually be a 1.5 to 2.5 week manufacturing time period before shipment can begin. Please be assured all orders are produced as quickly as possible and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Suzi Roher cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Please note that if the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect and/or a package is undeliverable, or returned, additional shipping fees will apply, or original shipping costs/fees will not be refunded.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may risk being sent back to Canada at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Canada. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES
Canada and United States. Fees are calculated at the check-out stage.
Other country delivery pricing to be determined by country (plus insurance):
UPS/DHL to areas outside the Canada/US conducted by UPS/DHL, and charged according to country code/area. For orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada, you should consult the customs legislation of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees, local taxes and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from Suzi Roher specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or Suzi Roher.
Suzi Roher wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Suzi Roher on-line purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a refund when accompanied by the original sales slip and product tags, excluding original shipping and handling fees. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Merchandise must be returned within 5 days from date of delivery. A request for a Return Authorization must be made to email@example.com, at which time an RA will be issued with easy to follow return instructions. Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and send an e-mail notification once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 2 statement periods for the credit to appear, depending of course on the Credit Card company. Please note that any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Suzi Roher also recommends that you use a carrier for your package who can provide tracking information and insurance such as UPS, DHL or FedEx (for your protection and to insure delivery). Suzi Roher will not be responsible for lost, mutilated, illegible, or misdirected returns. Any receiving costs/fees per the return will be deducted from the refund. Any style returned without a return or repair authorization number will be returned to the sender.
One more time: Any and all articles to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags intact.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, or has been placed into custom order production the purchase cannot be canceled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it. If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our website or contact a Suzi Roher On-line Customer Service Rep. Please be aware that any and all requests to 'custom' alter a style ordered renders that sale as final.
Suzi Roher offers repair service for Suzi Roher products purchased on-line. Please send an email requesting authorization for repair to email@example.com, with the on line sales order number and explaining the problem. A quick jpg image of the belt is also very helpful. Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, original sales slip and product tags. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed. Any styles not purchased on line should be returned to the store/boutique from which it was purchased.

Cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.
Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable or invalid email address is the responsibility of the purchaser. May be redeemed only at the suziroher.com website. The Suzi Roher Virtual Gift Card will be sent to the recipient's email address, not the shipping address we ask you to enter during the check out process. Each purchase is automatically deducted when the card is used online, until the total amount has been spent.
