Decide where you are going to wear the belt - hip or waist, etc. Measure where you want the belt to fit on your body. Keep a finger between your body and the measuring tape for a more comfortable fit. Being able to breathe is always a good thing!
Even though many belts have some stretch built in, you want the size choice to be your fit. The stretch allows for more breathing or a larger than usual lunch, as well as an opportunity to move the belt around on your body.

In 1859 telegraph operators devised their own code for several phrases, known as the “Phillips Code”. Each time period always finds its own communication short-hand. In 1873 it was the number 88 for ’Love & Kisses’. Cellphone communication in 2017 is no exception.
