Belt Sizing
Decide where you will wear the belt - hip or waist, etc. Measure where you want the belt to fit on your body. Keep a finger between your body and the measuring tape for a more comfortable fit. Being able to breathe is always a good thing!
Even though many belts have some stretch built in, you want the size choice to be your fit. The stretch allows for more breathing, a larger-than-usual lunch, and an opportunity to move the belt around your body.

TIP: to help you order the correct size. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and then hold it alongside a ruler.

T-Shirt Sizing
Measuring for a T-shirt: measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest.
Remember to try to keep your measuring tape level.
